Problem List

The system provides an active Problem List for each detainee. The list may include current diagnosis conditions. The user may select a Date of Onset as well as the date the issue was resolved.

The National Commission on Correctional Healthcare recommends tracking the following conditions, which are included as options in the system:

Anemia
Arthritis
Asthma
Cardiovascular Disease
Chronic Pain
Dental Disease
Diabetes
Endocrine Disorder
Hepatitis
High Blood Cholesterol
HIV
Hypertension
Infectious Process
Major Mental Illness
Pregnancy
Seizure Disorders
Sickle Cell Anemia
Tuberculosis
